Mail
We work in cooperation with Verizon and Cellular One's
Pager Notification System. If you have voice mail through either of these
telephone service providers, it is most likely it can be set up to page your
Black Bear pager. Contact your local Verizon or Cellular One office for cost and
detailed information on this service.
Our Refit
Equipment Program
Customers that like their existing pager, yet would like to utilize the
services provided by Black Bear Paging Service, would benefit from our
Refit Equipment Program. Customers will pay for their service plan, activation
fee and refit costs. You can be provided with a loaner pager* during the
time it takes to refit your pager. Most refits take approximately 6-8 weeks
to complete.
*NOTE: Some
pagers cannot be refit to our frequency. Loaner pagers are made available
through our Loaner Rental Program for a nominal fee. If you have questions about
our Refit Equipment or Loaner Rental Programs, call our Customer Service

Internet paging is provided as a free service for Black Bear Paging Service and SouthernNet subscribers only. If you are a subscriber of Black Bear Paging Service or one of their SouthernNet partners, this service is already available to you. If you are not, this service will not work for you.
NOTE: Black Bear Paging Service will not be liable for failure to provide service due to an internet outage or delay, causes beyond our control, communications, technical or coverage difficulties. Urgent messages should be sent by another communications medium.
